Standard Garden Buildings (non-express)

All products are delivered directly to your address provided at the time of order on a kerbside delivery only basis.

Current lead times (excluding Express Delivery Garden Buildings) are published in the banner at the top of the homepage.

The delivery team will contact you around 7 days prior to delivery to confirm a day and ETA.

General sheds and garden buildings: 

  • Delivery is kerbside only unless agreed as otherwise prior to delivery. You will need an appropriate space as close to your kerbside as possible for our driver to deliver to.
  • Garden Sheds and most garden buildings are delivered in single panels and unloaded by hand on arrival.
  • Movement of delivered goods beyond kerbside is the responsibility of the customer unless discussed and agreed as otherwise prior to delivery and confirmed in writing. Even with written agreement, movement of the panels beyond kerbside is at the driver's discretion as the driver will need to assess access on arrival, to ensure that they can safely move the panels to any requested location beyond kerbside.
  • The driver will not carry panels through your property as they are not insured to do so.

Log cabins and larger garden buildings:

  • All log cabins are delivered kerbside only. We request that you leave a free space as close to the kerbside as possible for the driver to leave the building.
  • Movement of delivered goods beyond kerbside is the responsibility of the customer.
  • If possible, please ensure there are no obstacles, such as your (or your neighbours’) vehicle, that could impede the unloading on the delivery day.
  • Please advise us beforehand if there any overhead obstacles such as overhang trees or telephone cables that could impede the unloading on the delivery day.
  • Log Cabins are delivered on an 18tn lorry with a Hiab crane to offload the building as close as possible onto your property from the kerbside, consideration should be taken into the size building you have ordered to determine the space you will be required to leave on the day of delivery.
Once you have been advised of a specific delivery date, please ensure that someone is available to assist in the off loading of the product. This person must be present at the time of delivery and capable of lifting items up to 25kg, we only send out one driver and some items are up to 50kg in weight. Most models will be delivered on a flat bed vehicle and need to be off-loaded piece by piece by yourself (or the person you have left to accept the delivery) and the driver. Consideration should be given to the size and weight of the building. If you have restricted access please let us know at the time of ordering. Log Cabin products are made from kiln dried timber and must be covered if they are to be stored outside prior to construction and treatment. This is to prevent moisture/rain from warping and rotting the timber and unless you plan to store the product inside, you will need tarpaulins or similar to provide cover for the wood.

All deliveries must be signed for unless confirmation is provided before delivery that the product can be left without a signature. Please see the terms and conditions for more information.

Express Garden Buildings 

Express Garden Buildings, including express sheds, express summerhouses, express log cabins as well as wheelie bin storage, log stores and dog kennels will be delivered packaged, on a standard 4x4 pallet. This is to be disposed of at the customers discretion.

The driver will not unload the panels from the pallet.
Movement of delivered goods beyond kerbside is the responsibility of the customer.

Postcode areas excluded from within the free delivery area will be charged at a rate of £100, this will be added at checkout. Unfortunately there are no delivery options at this time for the following postcodes of BT, HS, IM, JE, ZE and GY.

It is essential that you fully check the delivery of your garden building to confirm that all components, parts, and fixings are present and correct prior to assembly, to ensure you have everything required for installation.
